This was the reason the Corrells, clients who previously worked with London Bay Homes to build their dream home in Mediterra Naples, decided it was the perfect time to recreate their ideal outdoor living space.
After spending a few years in their custom home, many homeowners begin to contemplate new features and reimagine specific areas in their home that were not a priority in the original design. According to HomeAdvisor’s 2018 True Cost Report, most homeowners report plans to remain in their existing homes, with half considering a remodel. The Corrells renovation included an addition of an outdoor portico, a new outdoor pool bath, cabana, and an expansion of the outdoor kitchen. Additional enhancements were also made to the home’s sun deck on the second floor to include a fireplace, trellis element, and additional access to the deck from the ground level via a spiral staircase.
