Full-time employees
are offered medical insurance on the first day of the
month following the successful completion of the 90-day
introductory period. The medical insurance plan costs
are 90% employer / 10% employee paid with family plans
available at an additional cost to the employee. Life
Insurance / Short-Term Disability
Full-time
employees are offered life insurance and short-term
disability on the first day of the month following the
successful completion of the 90-day introductory period
at no cost to the employee. 401(k)
Full-time employees are eligible to
participate in the company's 401(k) plan on the first
day of the first quarter following the successful completion
of the 90-day introductory period. Profit Sharing
Full-time employees are eligible
to participate in the company's profit sharing plan. Fitness Memberships
Full-time employees are
eligible to receive a discounted membership to any fitness
facility located in their county of residence on the
first day of the month following the successful completion
of the 90-day introductory period. Vacation and Sick Leave
Full-time employees
are offered a generous vacation and sick leave package.
Vacation days may be taken after 180-days of continuous
employment and sick days may be taken following the successful
