Our Private Label Living process facilitates that commitment with four steps to luxury custom homebuilder success, but instead of explaining these steps through text, we gave the reigns to our branding agency, MilesDNA, to create a series of five videos with the purpose of explaining what Private Label Living means to potential and existing customers. It starts with an introduction to give you a taste of what Private Label Living is all about (video above) then goes into detail to expand upon each step of the homebuilding process while featuring some of the talented individuals involved in creating your dream home. We caught up with Matt Bailey, Quality Control Manager, to discuss what he feels existing and prospective clients should take away from these videos, as well as what happens when you get a great group of construction and marketing professionals together for a video project.
What was your favorite part of shooting the video series?
I enjoyed informing potential clients of what sets London Bay Homes apart from other custom homebuilders, and specifically how my position ensures quality.
How has this series of videos changed or enhanced what you think about Private Label Living and/or the London Bay Homes process?
This video series has reinforced that Private Label Living is truly a Team Effort. Many different teams and departments have to work together and be in sync to turn out the Private Label Experience.
What is the most important thing viewers should take away from watching this series?
Many companies build “houses” few companies build “quality homes.”
What was the funniest/most interesting thing that happened during filming?
The film crew and assistants working behind the scenes to keep things light and fun…many times they would get you laughing and you had to refocus so as to not laugh/misread your lines yourself.
