London Bay Homes introduces Grandview at Bay Beach website

Written by Kathy Gulvas | July 12, 2017

A newly introduced website presents prospective homebuyers with a preview of “Elevated Waterfront Living” and spectacular views – from each floor and in every direction – at Grandview at Bay Beach, London Bay Homes’ new 11-story luxury high-rise on the southern tip of Fort Myers Beach.

“With intuitive navigation and a responsive design, GrandviewBayBeach.com gives both mobile and desktop users instant access to information about the tower’s residences,” said London Bay Homes Director of Sales John Hillman. “Visitors will also learn about Grandview’s resort-inspired amenities that encourage a vibrant, social scene and a connection to health, wellness and the area’s natural environment between Estero Bay and the Gulf of Mexico.”

Showcasing the tower’s sunrise views, the website’s home page invites visitors to view an introductory video. An elegant functionality in the “Residences” tab offers efficient floor plan comparisons to help homebuyers determine which of the tower’s 58 residences best fits their lifestyle.

The site also features panoramic 120-foot videos at sunrise, midday and sunset, along with photos and renderings that include both indoor and outdoor amenities, as well as model residences.

Site visitors can navigate to download a PDF floor plan showing available options. Throughout the site, homebuyers have the opportunity to contact a customer representative via phone or email.

In “Our Team,” London Bay Homes presents their brand promise of unparalleled attention to luxurious detail and quality construction through Private Label Living and introduces the island contemporary tower’s architecture and design partners: Curts Gaines Hall Jones Architects; Interior Design Associates and Innovations Design Group. Romanza Interior Design and Clive Daniel Home will create interiors for two elegant model homes.

The website is enhanced with a “News” tab with articles about the tower, as well as informative blogs including “How to Choose a Luxury Condo That Fits Your Needs” and “10 Best Things To Do In Fort Myers Beach.”

Through the “Contact Us” tab, visitors are invited to register to receive the latest news about the tower and pre-release pricing opportunities.

Located on a peninsula extending into Estero Bay and only two miles from the secluded beaches of Lovers Key State Park, which is known for its wildlife sightings, shelling and dog beach, Grandview offers 1.2 miles of walking and jogging paths adjacent to an expansive private open space.

Grandview residents will also have access to the activities and amenities offered at Waterside, including swimming pools, tennis courts, a fishing pier, beach access and several nearby marinas, along with the beachfront and recreational parks, shopping and restaurant destinations of Fort Myers Beach.

Grandview’s residences offer three-bedroom, three-bedroom-plus-den or four-bedroom designs with 2,400 to 2,900 square feet of living space. Kitchens feature designer cabinetry and appliances, freestanding island breakfast bars, walk-in pantries and adjoining dining areas.

Grandview’s six penthouses offer 11-foot ceilings, and private two-car parking garages with storage.

All residences include individual foyers from the elevators, affording the privacy of a single-family home with the convenience of maintenance-free living.

Grandview is the final tower in Waterside at Bay Beach and the first condominium tower to be built in Fort Myers Beach since 2008.

The Grandview sales center is open Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Saturday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., and Sunday from noon to 4 p.m. Located at 4530 Bay Beach Lane, the Grandview sales center is just seven miles north of Bonita Beach Road.
