London Bay Homes has completed a luxury single-family custom estate model in Sarasota’s South Poinsettia Park, a neighborhood known for its tree-canopied streets, parks and historic 1920s bungalows.

Located at 1806 Oleander St., west of the Tamiami Trail, the Camberdale is close to downtown Sarasota, Siesta Key, Southside Village, top-rated schools and Sarasota Memorial Hospital.

The two-story model offers 4,377 square feet of living space, décor by Romanza Interior Design and is part of London Bay’s Sarasota Collection of completed and under-construction luxury models and prime homesites on Siesta Key and near downtown. The Camberdale offers four bedrooms, four baths, a second-floor loft and one- and two-car garages.

Designed for market demands, the model optimizes grand-scale entertainment and gathering areas with its open great room floor plan, large outdoor spaces and a custom pool and spa. Enhancing the indoor-outdoor connection are walls of sliding glass in the great room, dining room, study and in the master shower leading out to a private shower garden.

Outdoor areas feature an open pool deck, a second-floor terrace and a large living area with a fire table, dual televisions and an outdoor kitchen equipped with an under-counter refrigerator, grill and sink.

Highlights of the Camberdale’s contemporary coastal design include wide-plank wood flooring, shiplap-finished accent walls, aged brass lighting fixtures and lamps, and deep shades of navy, lime green, peacock and sea mist as accent colors.

The model’s kitchen offers soft-white cabinetry, a contrasting gray island, white quartz countertops and a gray marble herringbone-patterned backsplash.

The master suite features two walk-in closets, double French doors to the spa and pool, and a private bath offering two marble-topped vanities and a freestanding tub. The home’s single-car garage is accessible from the master suite.

The Camberdale’s coastal contemporary architecture pays homage to nearby Gulf of Mexico beaches and features sea-blue painted louvered Bermuda shutters, wood-framed windows with simple grids and an emphasis on vertical symmetry with carriage-style garage doors.

The Camberdale is price at $3,275,000, fully furnished.
