London Bay Development is nearing completion of Grandview at Bay Beach and preparing to debut Estero Island’s unprecedented close-to-the-beach lifestyle with 58 luxury residences highlighting panoramic views of the Gulf of Mexico and Estero Bay.

Three designer-furnished model residences are also open for viewing by appointment. The models give prospective owners a preview of the 11-story midrise tower’s spacious three- and four-bedroom floor plans, sunset to sunrise terraces and London Bay’s signature upscale finishes and features.

“Grandview marks a major milestone as the Fort Myers Beach area continues to rebuild,” said Mark Wilson, president and CEO of London Bay. “We look forward to welcoming our first residents and introducing them to exclusive access to on-site resort-inspired amenities, beautiful Southwest Florida landscape and walkable beach access.”

Located on the southern end of Estero Island, Grandview ushers in a new era of elevated living with spacious floor plans that emulate the comfort of single-family homes. Boasting open-concept great rooms and gourmet kitchens, the residences emphasize desired outdoor living with screened and open-air terraces. Residences feature private elevator access with grand lobbies, dedicated parking in the main garage, up to three-and-a-half baths, dens and generous living space ranging from 2,400 to over 2,900 square feet under air. With only two still available, Grandview’s six exclusive penthouses boast 11-foot ceilings and private two-car garages.

Model residences by Romanza Interior Design and Clive Daniel Home are available to view by appointment. Illustrating three of Grandview’s floor plans, they each showcase sophisticated interiors with unique interpretations of the coastal lifestyle.

“The views are the wow factor in every Grandview residence,” said Jennifer Stevens, senior design director at Romanza, whose goal was to highlight affordable luxury design ideas and appeal to the array of personalities represented by Grandview buyers. “We’re showing beautiful interior designs using furniture and upholstery lines with attainable prices. We can help residents curate a complete furniture package for their home.”

The Romanza-designed Residence 303 model pays homage to the sea, updating a classic black-and-white palette with soft aquatic watercolors, alabaster and sun-bleached wood finishes throughout its 2,767 square feet. The four-bedroom, three-and-a-half-bath residence features a beamed kitchen ceiling, woven raffia and seagrass-inspired wallcovering for texture, a dining room table with a coral base, and a Capiz shell chandelier in the spacious master bedroom.

Romanza imparts relaxed modern design in the three-bedroom, three-bath Residence 302 model, offering 2,414 square feet. Primary colors of white, gold and blue are accented with darker woods and acrylic, glass, sapphire, metallic and glossy finishes shimmering in natural light. Sleek curvilineal and modern furniture complement organic shapes, illustrated by the dining room table’s live-edge base and the stacked stone lamps in the master bedroom.

Clive Daniel’s Residence 301 model showcases unique features including custom wall treatments and a multifunctioning den with a bed incorporated into stylish built-in cabinetry. The three-bedroom, three-and-a-half-bath residence boasts a seaside palette with shimmers of champagne and metals, clean lines and transitional design with subtle contemporary influences throughout its 2,923 square feet.

Grandview elevates residents’ modern coastal lifestyle with private indoor and outdoor amenities focused on health and fitness, social opportunities and sunsets over Estero Bay. The EL offers a fitness center, yoga studio, club room and elegant two-story lobby with a floating glass staircase. Outdoor areas include a raised spa, a kitchen with barbecue grills and a series of covered and open-air gathering spaces with fireplaces, built-in seating and green spaces.

Grandview is the final building in the private Waterside at Bay Beach community, which offers a resort-inspired pool, walking and jogging paths and additional amenities, including the new Bay Beach Commons planned for pickleball, tennis and bocce courts.

Grandview residents also enjoy the convenience of Estero Island’s nearby restaurants, marinas and boating charters. Situated two miles north of Lovers Key State Park, Grandview is minutes from the world-class shopping, dining, championship golf courses and cultural experiences of Naples.
