1. Product Design of the Year, Single Family Homes Over $3,500,000: London Bay Homes Custom Home at Grey Oaks
2. Best Sales Center: Mediterra Sales Center
3. Best Special Event/Promotion by a Builder: Mediterra Model Homes Showcase, C'mon and Gallery Exhibit Event
