SARASOTA, Fla. (April 4, 2014) – London Bay Homes’ new Adalia maintenance-free villa home in Matera at The Lake Club in Lakewood Ranch will feature tile floors, café-finished kitchen cabinetry and bathroom vanities, and additional neutral finishes hand-selected by Romanza Interior Design’s Michael Scott.
The three-bedroom Adalia, now under construction, is an unfurnished move-in ready home expected to be completed by May. The home is one of a variety of floor plans offered in Matera, the 35-homesite neighborhood of lakefront maintenance-free homes by London Bay Homes.
The Adalia has 2,800 square feet of living space, a den, great room, dining area and three full baths. Scott has selected 18-by-18-inch flooring for main rooms, new Venetian gold granite kitchen countertops and fresco cream painted walls.
The kitchen will feature stainless steel G.E. Profile appliances, crema marfil classic backsplashes and café colored cabinetry. The room also offers a corner walk-in pantry and a freestanding center island with sink, dishwasher and breakfast bar.
The master suite offers his-and-her walk-in closets, and its bathroom will have an octagonal tray ceiling, separate freestanding soaking tub, and a glass-enclosed shower clad with tumbled tile in champagne gold accented with honed pencil chair rail. The large U-shaped vanity will feature Ming gold granite countertops under wood-framed mirrors.
For the Adalia’s guest baths, Scott has chosen Giallo ornamental countertops and either glazed ceramic tile in sand or tumbled tile in champagne gold.
The floor plan also features tray ceilings in several rooms and a valet area off of the garage, which can be used as a mud room or tech room.
Sliding glass doors in the great room and dining area open to the covered outdoor living area, which will have a summer kitchen with stainless steel grill, refrigerator and sink.
The Adalia will also feature a tri-colored pool and patio deck in vanilla, white and coconut-toned pavers, installed in a basket-weave pattern, and a glazed tile pool water line.
The Adalia floor plan offers 4,087 total square feet, including its 459-square-foot outdoor living area and two-car garage.
Homebuyers have a choice of elevations emphasizing classic Mediterranean-inspired architecture with decorative medallions and cast stone detailing, double entry doors, a paver driveway, tile roof and impact-resistance glass.
Floor plan options offer opportunities to extend the outdoor living area, add a fireplace and expand the garage for three cars. Buyers can also select from various kitchen island configurations and a different master bathroom layout providing a combined walk-in closet.
