NAPLES, Fla. (Feb. 26, 2013) – Jennifer Stevens of Romanza Interior Design will create a tropical-transitional design for the new four-bedroom Capriano luxury villa currently under construction by London Bay Homes at Mediterra. Grey-washed beams and furniture pieces mixed with deep, rich woods and a palette of bright turquoises and merlots against neutral taupe and white backgrounds will convey the design theme throughout the model home’s 4,402 square feet of living space.
The fully furnished model, located in the European village-inspired neighborhood of Lucarno, is expected to be completed in April.
Lucarno residents enjoy maintenance-free living that includes pool service, landscaping and lawn care covered through the homeowners association.
The model will feature a tall great room ceiling accented with distressed wood beams, a gated wine room and a second-floor media room with a private walk-out sundeck overlooking the pool. The home will also have a library and four bathrooms and will be shown with an optional fourth bedroom and outdoor fireplace.
Additional design features will include wood flooring throughout the model’s main living areas and grass textured-raffia ceilings in the foyer, great room and kitchen niches.
Multi-colored glass tiles above the range backsplash will sparkle against the kitchen’s white cabinetry. The room’s oversized free-standing island will have a granite countertop and breakfast bar, dishwasher and divided sink. Solid surface countertops will be used around perimeter cabinetry.
The Capriano’s master suite will offer an oversized walk-in closet, a secluded bedroom and bathroom with smoky stained his-and-her vanities and light travertine counters accented with sea-glass blue. The bath will also have a water closet, separate garden tub and shower.
The first floor guest room will feature white painted paneled walls and a wood floor.
The model will offer 5,974 total square feet of living space, including a two-car garage and an outdoor living room with a summer kitchen and fireplace.
The floor plan with a homesite is base priced from $1.11 million.
