Kevin J. Berth named Vice President of London Bay Homes

NAPLES, Fla. (Dec. 30, 2014) – London Bay Homes has named Kevin J. Berth vice president of the luxury homebuilding company, with responsibility over estimating, purchasing and accounting, including financial reporting, forecasting and negotiation.

With more than 20 years of experience in the construction and finance industries, Berth previously served as chief financial officer and operations manager for Florida’s largest residential homebuilder, contributing to the organization’s growth from 400 homes constructed annually to more than 2,800.

A native of Wisconsin, Berth graduated from the University of Wisconsin with a bachelor’s degree in accounting and is a graduate of Florida Gulf Coast University’s Leadership Program.
