London Bay Homes adds Sabra Smith as director of human resources

NAPLES, Fla. (Nov. 10, 2014) – London Bay Homes has named Sabra Smith as director of human resources for the luxury homebuilding company, with responsibility for the planning, development and implementation of its strategic human resources program.

Smith is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources and has more than 20 years of human resources experience in Southwest Florida, including leadership positions with Algenol Biofuels and Bonita Bay Group.

Smith earned a bachelor’s in human resources from Eckerd College. She has served as chair of Junior Achievement of Southwest Florida and the Bonita Springs Chamber of Commerce and as a board member of the Collier County Education Foundation. Gov. Jeb Bush appointed Smith as chair of the Early Learning Coalition of Southwest Florida. A graduate of Leadership Lee County and Leadership Bonita, Smith is a member of the Leadership Florida Class XXXII.
