NAPLES, Fla. (Oct. 6, 2015) – Construction of London Bay Homes’ fourth luxury single-family home in the downtown Naples area is nearly complete.

The Anguilla offers a study, separate dining room, and kitchen with café. It is located just blocks from shopping and dining at Village on Venetian Bay and the Gulf of Mexico beaches at Clam Pass Park.

Designed with an open floor plan and an emphasis on indoor-outdoor living, the home will feature walls of sliding glass and zero-corner doors in the café, great room and study.

Its large outdoor spaces will include a covered lanai off the great room and a larger alfresco living area with roll-down screens and a fully equipped summer kitchen. The Anguilla also will have a raised wooden sundeck, pool and spa, a water feature, fire pit and garden wall.

Interior design features will include wood flooring throughout and decorative ceiling treatments.

The kitchen will offer a freestanding island breakfast bar, closet pantry, oven tower and gas cooktop.

The master suite will occupy an entire wing and boast a large bedroom and his-and-her walk-in closets. Its bathroom will have two vanities, a large shower and a separate freestanding tub positioned under a window.

One of the Anguilla’s two guest suites will have a walk-in closet and private bath with a rainhead shower.

Exterior finishes will include Bahama shutters, a soaring entry tower, and a vented cupola with a metal roof.

The Anguilla – which offers three bedrooms, three baths and more than 5,000 total square feet, including side-loading one- and two-car garages and outdoor living area – is located at 541 Neapolitan Lane in the Park Shore area of Naples, minutes from downtown and Fifth Avenue South.

The model is expected to be completed in January 2016.

The new model represents London Bay’s commitment to luxury on-your-lot custom homes in the Old Naples area. The builder’s first downtown model, the Southampton, sold shortly after its completion in March 2014.

London Bay also is building the two-story Chelston at 631 Broad Court and the two-story Claremont at 271 First Ave. N., only steps from the beach.

The builder has also acquired several prime homesites near downtown, from Park Shore to Port Royal, with plans to begin construction in the coming months.

London Bay Homes, a leader in the Southwest Florida luxury home market for 25 years, is redefining luxury living in Old Naples. The company earned a 2013 Silver Award for Best Architectural Design of a One-of-a-Kind Home during The Nationals, sponsored by the National Association of Home Builders. Its affiliate, Romanza Interior Design, earned a Gold Award for Best Interior Design of a Custom Home in the same competition.

All London Bay Homes are built using the latest information, products and technology available in building science, including the BEP Blue Barrier moisture barrier system that protects against mold issues and structural damage from moisture intrusion.

London Bay Homes was one of only two companies named America’s Best Builder by Builder Magazine in 2008. The company builds custom and semi-custom homes from Marco Island to Sarasota priced from the $1 million to more than $10 million in many of the region’s most exclusive neighborhoods and communities. The company also builds private residences on individual homesites in Old Naples, the Sarasota Keys and along the Gulf of Mexico.
