NAPLES, Fla. (Nov. 4, 2014) – London Bay Homes has started construction on its second luxury single-family model home in Old Naples, just blocks from the city’s famed Gulf of Mexico beaches and downtown Fifth Avenue South.
The two-story, three-bedroom Chelston is the second in a series of fully furnished downtown model homes underway by London Bay Homes. The Naples builder has acquired prime homesites near downtown, in Park Shore and the Moorings.
In keeping with the architectural mix of Old Naples, the 4,092-square-foot Chelston will feature a blend of West Indies and Old Florida-inspired architecture, with transom windows, an entry water fountain and a tin-type roof. The home will be fully furnished by Romanza Interior Design and is slated for completion in spring 2015.
The floor plan emphasizes outdoor living, open gathering spaces and luxury living – all signatures of London Bay Homes. The Chelston offers a study, formal dining room, three full baths, a powder room and a great room opening to kitchen and breakfast nook.
The generously sized second floor, with 1,245 square feet, will offer two bedrooms with private full baths and walk-in closets, and a large loft with a wet bar and under-counter refrigerator.
Highlights of the model home include a large kitchen with a freestanding island breakfast bar and adjacent space with an office and large pantry, and a master suite offering a walk-in closet and a bathroom featuring his-and-her vanities connected by a dressing table and a dedicated spa area with tub and walk-in shower.
The master suite will also have double doors opening to a private patio by the linear pool’s raised spa. Pocketing sliding glass doors in the great room and sliders in the breakfast nook will open to outdoor living and dining areas and a fully equipped summer kitchen.
The pool area will feature trellises, built-in planters and a secluded fire pit.
Including covered outdoor areas, the home’s entry and a two-car garage, the Chelston will offer over 5,000 total square feet.
The Chelston is located at 631 Broad Court, directly behind London Bay’s first downtown Naples model, the Southampton, which sold on leaseback for $2.6 million a month after its completion in March 2014.
