NAPLES, Fla. (April 25, 2013) – Construction of a new four-bedroom, two-story model home in The Estuary at Grey Oaks in Naples leaves only one vacant homesite available in the Mirada neighborhood. Inside, the Mirella has beamed and tray ceilings in select rooms, stone flooring in main areas, and walls of sliding glass doors opening to outdoor spaces: pocketing glass doors in the great room, zero-corner sliding doors in the family room, and a combination of sliding glass and double French doors opening up two walls of the second-floor game room.
The kitchen will feature gourmet appliances, an oversized free-standing island/breakfast bar and an adjoining office and walk-in pantry.
The master suite will offer his and her walk-in closets and a bathroom with a tiled shower and built-in seat, a free-standing tub set into an alcove of windows and two vanities, hers with a dressing table.
The second story, accessible by staircase or elevator, offers three bedrooms, each with a private full bath and walk-in closet, and an open leisure lounge with a media and game area.
The model is expected to be completed summer 2003 and will be priced at $4,295,000.
