The Chelston received top recognition in the best architectural design category for a single-family detached home over 4,000 square feet. During a three-day judging process, a panel of seven industry professionals from across the country determined the silver award winners from a field of more than 1,100 entries.

Silver Award Winners are the top vote recipients in each category, and are the finalists for the Gold Award, which will be announced and presented Jan. 10 in Orlando.
