(July 22, 2016) – London Bay Homes has opened a new office in Sarasota to support its continuing growth within Southwest Florida’s real estate market, including construction of luxury estate homes near downtown Sarasota, on Bird Key and Siesta Key, at The Founders Club and within The Lake Club in Lakewood Ranch.
Six London Bay Homes employees are currently assigned to the office at 401 N. Cattlemen Road in the Gateway Professional Center, according to John Gleeson, vice president of London Bay Homes.
London Bay Homes has been building estate and villa homes in Sarasota since 2008.
“We outgrew our previous office space,” said Gleeson. “This new office provides both room to grow as well as a centralized location at Fruitville and North Cattlemen roads to serve clients. The luxury homebuilder has six single-family luxury estates under various stages of development on Siesta Key and Bird Key and homesites west of Tamiami Trail.
