NAPLES, Fla. (Feb. 9, 2016) – Construction of London Bay Homes’ newest luxury custom home located at 541 Neapolitan Lane in Park Shore is nearing completion.
Near the old Naples area, the three-bedroom, three-bath Anguilla is just blocks from shopping and dining at the picturesque Village on Venetian Bay and the Gulf of Mexico beaches at Clam Pass Park.
The one-story Anguilla will offer a formal dining room, an open floor plan between great room, kitchen and café, and expansive alfresco living and dining areas overlooking the custom pool and spa. The home also will have side-loading one- and two-car garages.
Designed with an emphasis on indoor-outdoor living, the home will feature walls of sliding glass and zero-corner doors in the café, great room and study.
The model’s expansive outdoor areas will include a covered lanai off the great room and a large alfresco living area with roll-down screens, and a summer kitchen equipped with grill, under-counter refrigerator and sink. The Anguilla also will have a raised wooden sundeck, pool and spa, and linear firepit with seating. Other outdoor elements will include a water feature and garden wall. Interior design features will include wood flooring and decorative ceiling treatments.
Inside, Romanza Interior Design’s Jennifer Stevens will use driftwood-toned flooring and the colors of sea, sky and sand to create a modern Florida casual aesthetic for the Anguilla model. Stevens will introduce textural fabrics complemented by glimmers of metallic and antique mirrors playing off mostly crisp-white backgrounds. Light hardwood French oak Provence flooring will be used throughout the model’s main gathering areas, creating a rustic, sun-bleached backdrop for coastal embellishments.
The master suite will occupy an entire wing and boast a large bedroom, his-and-her walk-in closets and provide private access to the home’s single-car garage. Its bathroom will have two vanities, a large shower and a separate freestanding tub positioned under a window.
One of the Anguilla’s two guest suites will have a walk-in closet and private bath with a rainhead shower.
Exterior features of the Anguilla will showcase coastal contemporary architecture accented with Bahama shutters, a slate-gray metal roof, ornamental metal around windows, and a vented cupola.
The Anguilla offers more than 5,000 total square feet, including entry, lanai, garages and outdoor living areas. The model is expected to be completed in March.
