NAPLES, Fla. (Oct. 19, 2016) – Construction of the Avignon, a luxury single-family estate model home being built by London Bay Homes in Quail West, is now more than 75 percent complete.
The two-story Avignon will offer nearly 5,900 square feet of interior living space and expansive outdoor areas showcasing views of the community’s Arthur Hills-designed golf course and coveted southern exposure.
It is scheduled for completion in late-November and will feature interior design by Romanza Interior Design.
London Bay Homes introduced the Avignon floor plan in late 2015, creating a home that balances the privacy of four bedrooms with the openness of gathering areas between the great room, kitchen and dining area. The home also has a sitting room with a fireplace, a second-floor loft and a study connected to one of its two double-car garages.
The Avignon’s design connects many rooms to alfresco spaces, including a covered terrace, lanai, outdoor living room and adjoining dining/outdoor kitchen with a bar on the ground floor and an extended second-floor balcony accessible from two guest suites and the loft.

Finishes inside the model will include decorative ceiling treatments, archways, gallery halls, and flooring, cabinetry and countertops selected by Romanza.
The first-floor master suite will feature a sitting area in the bedroom framed by a rectangular bay window, a coffered ceiling, and large dual walk-in closets. The master bath will offer dual vanities, built-in cabinetry and a separate shower. Sliding glass doors will open to a private garden area and an outdoor shower.

The Avignon encompasses more than 9,800 total square feet, including garages, outdoor living areas, balconies and covered entry.
The model is priced at $4,285,000, fully furnished.
