The three-bedroom Carina is a new floor plan offered by London Bay, the exclusive builder in Matera, a private gated neighborhood of 35 maintenance-free lakefront homes.

The kitchen will feature modern shaker-style cabinetry with a dark saddle brown finish and lighted glass door displays, moonstone Quartz countertops and an urban putty-hued gloss ceramic backsplash. It also offers an oversized island with double sink, dishwasher and a peninsula for in-room dining. Stainless steel G.E. Monogram appliances will include a dual-fuel six-burner range, wall oven, microwave and side-by-side refrigerator.
The master suite offers his-and-her walk-in closets and its bathroom’s white backgrounds will create a canvas for accents of watercolor blues and greens and his-and-her modern shaker-style cabinetry with a stone finish and autumn-toned Pompeii Quartz countertops. The porcelain tile-clad shower will be accented with crema marfil chair railing and offer temperature controls. The bathroom also has a separate soaking tub, linen closet and water closet.
The Carina’s two guestrooms offer walk-in closets and their private full baths will feature bisque-finished cabinetry, autumn Giallo ornamental countertops, glazed field tile in bone and custom chair rail in showers.
Outdoors, the covered living area will feature conversation and dining furniture groupings, a summer kitchen with grill, sink and refrigerator, and a free-form pool with raised circular spa.
The model will be shown with a three-car garage and have 4,740 total square feet.
