The website’s home page features a mosaic of black-and-white photos that pop with color, and links to communities and homes. Pull-down menus provide multiple destinations with ready navigation back to the original page.
Visitors can easily compare community floor plans without a click. Home details, including square footages and number of bedrooms and baths, pop up instantly as a cursor skims over each color photograph.
Browsers can also search blogs and news releases, explore photos of fully furnished model homes, and download an interactive brochure showcasing London Bay’s commitment to luxury living and attention to detail.
The redesigned LondonBay.com was spearheaded by The Bokka Group, a Denver firm specializing in digital marketing and communications strategies for top builders. LondonBay.com was recognized in January as a Silver Award recipient for Best Website for a Builder by the National Association of Home Builders National Sales & Marketing Council.
London Bay Homes’ home page mosaic design also was replicated in the builder’s new brochure.

Although technologically sophisticated, LondonBay.com’s management system isn’t, allowing nontechnical users and London Bay personnel to easily update information and post blogs and news content.
