NAPLES, Fla. (Oct. 14, 2015) – When Roland Nairnsey speaks, not only do people listen, they help London Bay Homes raise $3,688 for children’s programs offered by the Bonita Springs YMCA and the Sunshine Kids Foundation.
Nairnsey, director of sales for London Bay Homes and a nationally recognized expert sales trainer and motivational speaker, led “How to Sell New Homes,” a two-day continuing education sales training program offered in early September by the Bonita Springs-Estero Association of Realtors.
The presentation was attended by 52 participants eager to learn Nairnsey’s proven sales techniques and raised $1,844 each for the YMCA for sponsorships and the Sunshine Kids, which offers positive group activities and emotional support for young cancer patients.
Designed to help Realtors and new home sales associates improve their ability to connect with customers and increase sales, Nairnsey also conducted a role-playing sales demonstration in London Bay Homes’ Carina model, a luxury single-family villa in the Portofino enclave at Miromar Lakes Beach & Golf Club.
London Bay Homes, a leader in the Southwest Florida luxury home market for 25 years, was one of only two companies named America’s Best Builder by Builder magazine in 2008.
