NAPLES, Fla. (July 2, 2015) – Roland Nairnsey, director of sales for London Bay Homes, will be a featured expert during the 37th annual Southeast Building Conference in Orlando July 16-18.
London Bay Homes builds luxury custom and semi-custom homes from Marco Island to Sarasota, including Mediterra in Naples and The Founders Club in Sarasota. Nairnsey has been instrumental in strengthening London Bay’s sales and marketing programs since joining the Naples-based homebuilder in September 2013.
Under Nairnsey’s sales leadership, Mediterra recorded a five-year monthly high sales volume of $16.8 million, and the company sold five new single-family homes totaling nearly $7.5 million within 45 days at The Founders Club.
At SEBC, Nairnsey will share his innovative, forward-thinking sales expertise with attendees of the largest building industry trade show in the Southeastern U.S. He will join a panel of elite industry leaders in presenting the July 17 morning session, “Sales Manager Summit: Boots on the Ground,” and the afternoon session, “Sales Academy: Selling and Marketing to Today’s Diverse Group of Home Buyers.”
Nairnsey will discuss key strategies for building and motivating a successful sales team that emphasizes customer service, as well as buying trends, selling triggers, and marketing strategies to sell new homes to women, the 50-plus buyer, and the fast-growing millennials group.
A noted author, motivational speaker and expert sales trainer, Nairnsey also is an annual speaker at the International Builders Show in Las Vegas and contributes to the National Association of Home Builders’ magazine, SellingPower and Builder Radio.
