The fully furnished model home, with pool, site premium and many other upgrades is priced at $2.2 million. Homes in Cortile start at just over $1 million with home sites beginning in the $300s.
The new Isabella, part of London Bay’s popular Reserve Collection of homes, is being built in the Serata neighborhood where all 36 home sites are positioned against one of Mediterra’s many lakes. The Isabella is a three-bedroom, three-bath floor plan with 3,009 sq. ft. of living space in the home’s 4,444 sq. ft. design. The Isabella features a large master suite that occupies one side of the home. The Great Room design also includes a café area that opens onto the outdoor living space. The fully furnished model with pool, site premium and other upgrades is priced at $1.57 million. Homes in Serata begin in the $800s with home sites available in the high $200s.
The Giuilia is also new to London Bay’s maintenance-free Villa Collection. The model is being built in Mediterra’s Lucarno community where again, every home site provides lakeside views with a strong European influence permeating the community’s architectural design. The Giuilia features a Great Room floor plan with three bedrooms, three baths and a study or bonus room included in the 2,534 sq. ft. design. Overall, the home includes more than 4,000 sq. ft. of total area. The fully furnished Giuilia model with pool, site premium and upgrades is priced at just under $1 million. Homes in Lucarno begin in the $700s with home site available in the high $100s.
