NAPLES, Fla. (March 11, 2013) – Southwest Florida residents and visitors have the opportunity to view six luxury model homes while getting a peek inside Mediterra, Naples’ luxury golf and beach club community and seven-time Community of the Year winner. The one-day Model Home Showcase takes place Sunday, March 24 from 1 to 4 p.m.
The event, which benefits the Guadalupe Center, is open to the public and will feature six fully furnished luxury villa and single-family estate model homes throughout the 1,700-acre gated community. The model homes, built by four of Naples’ top homebuilders, offer 3,000 to more than 5,100 square feet of living space and are priced from $1.5 million to $2.6 million. Floor plans are designed to capture the lifestyle residents enjoy at Mediterra and take advantage of views of neighborhood lakes, golf courses and nature preserves.
Brand new luxury automobiles from Jaguar Land Rover Audi Fort Myers will be showcased at each of four all-new models during the event.
A suggested $5 donation benefits the Immokalee-based Guadalupe Center, dedicated to breaking the cycle of poverty for children and families through educational, social and cultural enrichment programs.
Showcase guests will receive a map at the gatehouse directing them to the six model homes:
• London Bay Homes’ three-bedroom, three-bath Isabella II, offering 3,009 square feet of living space in the Serata neighborhood;
• The Ravello, also in Serata, built by Harbourside Custom Homes and featuring four bedrooms, four and one-half baths and 3,359 square feet;
• Stock Construction’s four-bedroom, four-and-one-half-bath Regency II in Buonasera with 3,699 square feet;
