NAPLES, Fla. (Feb. 23, 2016) – One final opportunity to purchase a new home by London Bay Homes remains in the nearly sold-out Mirada, an exclusive neighborhood of single-family estate homes at the Estuary in Grey Oaks.

Mirada, built exclusively by London Bay Homes, is an intimate neighborhood of 16 homes overlooking long lake-to-golf views and offering floor plans that emphasize a connection between indoor and outdoor spaces.

The final homesite will also be the home of the new Mirella model, a four-bedroom, two-story design that will overlook the edge of a lake along the Bob Cupp-designed Estuary golf course.

The Mirella will offer 5,939 square feet of air-conditioned living space, four bedrooms, a study, great room, family room, and a second-story leisure and entertainment lounge. It also will have four full baths and a powder room. Fully furnished by Romanza Interior Design, the home will feature multiple alfresco areas, including a covered lanai, wrap-around outdoor living area with a fully-equipped summer kitchen, and a second-floor viewing deck and balcony overlooking the pool and spa.

The home will have 8,812 total square feet, including a one-car garage on one side of the motor court and a two-car garage on the opposite side.

The model’s architecture, like all homes in Mirada, will capture the imagery of homes found in coastal Mediterranean villages, with arched windows and openings, wrought-iron balustrades and pergola over an outdoor area off the master bedroom.

Inside, the Mirella will have beamed and tray ceilings in select rooms, stone flooring in main areas, and walls of sliding glass doors opening to outdoor spaces: pocketing glass doors in the great room, zero-corner sliding doors in the family room, and a combination of sliding glass and double French doors opening up two walls of the second-floor game room.

The model, located at 1486 Anhinga Pointe, will be priced at $4,795,000.

London Bay Homes also offers the fully furnished Chianti model available for viewing and immediate purchase in Mirada.

Fully furnished by Romanza Interior Designer, the Chianti offers 5,905 square feet of living space, four bedrooms, five full baths, two half baths and a three-car garage. The home also features a third-story viewing deck with fire place and formal living areas that extend outward to more casual outdoor living spaces. The Italian-influenced design features stone walls and wood beams throughout the home. The home is priced at $4,200,000 and showcases views of the nearby lake and golf course.

Mirada’s intimate enclave of maintenance-free homes by London Bay Homes is nestled within the Estuary’s 350 acres, offering three 18-hole championship golf courses and two clubhouses, and a location close to downtown Naples and the Gulf of Mexico beaches.

All London Bay Homes are built using the latest information, products and technology available in building science, including the BEP Blue Barrier moisture barrier system that protects against mold issues and structural damage from moisture intrusion.

A leader in the Southwest Florida home market for 25 years, London Bay Homes was one of only two companies named America’s Best Builder by Builder Magazine in 2008. The company builds luxury homes priced from $1 million to more than $10 million in many of the region’s most exclusive neighborhoods and communities. The company also builds private residences on individual homesites in Old Naples, the Sarasota Keys and along the Gulf of Mexico.
