NAPLES, Fla. (Jan. 23, 2014) – Classic American styles inspire the luxurious design of London Bay Homes’ Brighton model at Quail West. The home features statement pieces such as a bookcase crafted of reclaimed walnut in Dutch Colonial style, a French cooks’ table on a cast iron base, and a triple tier chandelier with natural brass and leather straps.
The four-bedroom, five-bath estate home, which overlooks a fairway in the Naples golf club community, is complete. The Classic American design seamlessly fits into the Brighton’s classic coastal and British colonial architecture.
The interiors capture the tranquil elegance of coastal living and the look of Classic American design with an artful mix of chic and rustic elements and textural fabrics in tonal neutrals, said Mark Fanta, principal at MP Interiors in Miromar Design Center in Estero.
The Brighton design offers a study, great room, dining room, butler’s pantry, family room and breakfast nook within 6,326 square feet of living space. The model also has a mudroom and a combined tech and pet center. With attached and detached two-car garages and multiple outdoor areas, the Brighton totals 9,954 square feet.
The open floor plan was perfect for incorporating some large Classic American pieces throughout, Fanta said, including a Barrister’s Bookcase in the den, comprised of an upper cabinet with eight glazed doors and a base cabinet with four sliding doors on a brass rail.
A Westbury Triple Tier Chandelier is the crown jewel in the great room, which overlooks the pool and outdoor living area. Other Classic American pieces include the St. Germaine Sawbuck Desk, which features a worn oak top on adjustable sawbuck base.
The fully furnished Brighton, a single-family estate home, is priced at $4,295,000.
