MIROMAR LAKES, Fla. (March 24, 2015) – The new Carina luxury villa in Miromar Lakes will feature interior design by Michael Scott of Romanza Interior Design. The three-bedroom, three- and one-half bath model will feature a transitional interior design and rich, dark-stained furniture.

The design of the Carina offers both formal and casual gathering spaces and sliding glass doors opening the living room, kitchen and family room to the outdoor living and dining area and pool deck, which will feature shell-stone concrete pavers.
The kitchen will include GE Monogram stainless steel appliances and a freestanding island with attached peninsula breakfast bar with seating for four. Its pantry, which connects to the dining room, will also double as a butler’s pantry and wine bar with cabinetry and an under-counter wine refrigerator.
The Carina’s master suite offers his-and-her walk-in closets and its bathroom has a large walk-in shower, soaking tub and double vanities.
Each of the Carina’s guest rooms has a walk-in closet and private full bath.
The home also features Spanish-influenced architecture, with custom iron double entry doors and terracotta barrel roof tile against a clean white stucco exterior.
The model has 4,765 total square feet, including covered entry, outdoor living area and three-garage.
The fully furnished Carina will be priced at $1,772,158, and is expected to open for viewing this summer.
