Our team transformed this beachfront townhome in Casa Mar by maximizing living spaces, updating architecture, and modernizing finishes. We reimagined the two-story living room and created a new bonus room on the third floor. Along with redesigning the kitchen, master bathroom, main living areas, guest rooms and baths, infusing coastal sophistication while enhancing natural lighting throughout the home.
By modernizing, improving interior lighting and adjusting the layout, we brought new life – and new light – into the 10th-floor condominium in Moraya Bay. We overhauled the kitchen, master suite, bathrooms and main living areas, reconfiguring spatial and interior design to enhance openness and introduce a coastal contemporary aesthetic that better reflects the couple’s seasonal lifestyle and personal tastes.
We reimagined a beachfront condo in Sancerre that opened up spaces to entertain, let in more Florida sunlight, and create beautiful interior spaces. Ceiling details with cove lighting now illuminate the once-dark spaces. The bathroom was redesigned with large-format porcelain tile accenting walls, marble flooring and an asymmetrical tub. Reconfiguring the layout allowed improved functionality, flow and storage throughout the home.
We completely transformed the views — indoors and out – in this dramatic update of a home in Mediterra’s Lucarno neighborhood. Along with refreshing the kitchen and modernizing the master bath, our team re-envisioned the original pool placement to design an elegant courtyard with a fountain and firepit. We also maximized space behind the home to create the ultimate lakeview outdoor living area with a kitchen, custom pool and lush landscaping.
