Spring is here! We have been enjoying the vibrancy of the season, with comfortable temperatures and invigorating breezes, and reveling in the exhilarating growth we have achieved.
As part of our growth, London Bay Homes is currently expanding its presence in Old Naples with a number of homesites currently available in the area, as well as a daily Open House in the beautiful Southampton Coastal Cottage. The Southampton is located just blocks from the area’s white sandy beaches and Downtown Naples and is designed to take full advantage of the luxury custom home’s location with large windows with transoms throughout the living area which capture natural light and allow the coastal breeze to flow through the large living room and dining area, as well as the spacious kitchen.
In Mediterra, all of the model homes built prior to March 2014 were sold or contracted for sale shortly after being opened for viewing. Mediterra is now 90 percent sold out, with 30 new homes currently under construction in the 1,700-acre award-winning community. London Bay Homes has also launched the new Cabreo neighborhood, offering home and homesite packages from the $800,000s. Three brand new, London Bay Homes models are open for viewing daily, ranging from 2800 square feet to 3,248 square feet. London Bay offers multiple exterior elevations per plan, including classic Mediterranean-inspired architecture with arched windows and entries, decorative medallions and cast stone detailing, or more clean-lined facades with rectangular windows and louvered shutters. These designs complement the sparkling lake and preserve views found on each Cabreo home site and the nearby walking trails leading to the custom home community's lush gardens.
The Founders Club in Sarasota is also buzzing with activity, achieving a record number of visitors to the boutique-style community’s Welcome Center. More and more visitors are finding their way to the luxury golf and country club community and discovering the beauty of its 700 lush, landscaped acres, oversized homesites, and luxury custom homes minutes away from beaches, shopping, and dining. This increase of activity has lead to the sale of all our previous model homes, so we’ve ramped up production and plan on having six new model homes completed by the end of the summer.
