London Bay Homes offers immediate move-in homes in Naples

London Bay Homes’ luxury single-family estate model homes from Park Shore to Port Royal fulfill a variety of lifestyles.

As part of the award-winning builder’s Naples Collection, buyers have the unique opportunity to move in right away and enjoy this spring season just blocks from the city’s famed Gulf of Mexico beaches and the vibrant downtown lifestyle of Fifth Avenue South.

The Naples Collection features the fully furnished Chelston at 631 Broad Court North, two nearly complete luxury estates in Port Royal, one of the world’s most coveted addresses, and the under-construction Watlington on Fifth Street South.

The three-bedroom model, which has earned six national awards, spans 4,227 square feet within two stories. Its open floor plan emphasizes indoor-outdoor living and features connecting spaces between great room, kitchen and breakfast café to multiple alfresco areas. The home’s unique translation of coastal contemporary architecture draws inspiration from the West Indies, Old Florida and other tropical ports of call – an ambience captured inside by Melissa Allen of Romanza Interior Design with vibrant island-inspired colors, such as rainforest citrus, teal, coral, butter and eggplant against off-white backgrounds.

Allen selected natural walnut wood floors throughout the main first-floor living areas and signature furniture pieces and embellished the great room’s ceiling with beams and grass cloth inspired by Venetian plaster.

An office and oversized walk-in pantry closet connect the kitchen to the laundry room, spaces that enhance The Chelston’s livability yet demonstrate a flexibility to repurpose the area as a hobby room, a wine cellar or a studio for specific interests.

Transom windows, a tin-style roof and an entry fountain meld with the Old Naples neighborhood’s existing homes while featuring the latest building materials and trends.               

The Chelston offers more than 5,200 total square feet, including covered outdoor areas, entry and a two-car garage. The model is open for viewing daily.

Two Port Royal estates, located at 4395 Gordon Drive and 4375 Gordon Drive, elevate London Bay’s reputation as the homebuilder redefining luxury living in downtown Naples.

“These homes’ prime locations appeal to homebuyers who want a boat in their backyard and an opportunity to live in one of the country’s most prestigious neighborhoods,” Wilson said. “They’re both on Naples Bay and close to Gordon’s Pass, which leads to the Gulf of Mexico.”

Designed by Stofft Cooney Architects of Naples, the 4375 Gordon Drive estate reflects a modern interpretation of West Indies architecture with its clean-lined symmetry and louvered doors on its one- and two-car garages. It features an open concept floor plan with 6,394 square feet of interior living space. The décor by award-winning Romanza Interior Design includes ash wood flooring in main living areas, custom natural rift white oak built-in cabinetry in the foyer and dining room, and a variety of wood furniture finishes mixed with gleaming nickel, chrome and mirrored surfaces, accented by soft neutral backdrops of gray, white and taupe with hints of coral, blush and blue-grays.

The home at 4395 Gordon Drive also features West Indies-Coastal Contemporary architecture and interior design that pushes luxury living to new levels. The décor by Romanza Interior Design features exotic woods, 36-by-36 honed stone and wood plank flooring; streamlined furnishings; distinct reglet details accenting walls, baseboards and door frames; and a contemporary style building on a color scheme of neutral taupes and ivories and nature-inspired accents of green and tan. 

“The contemporary elegance is recognizable in the clean-lined, large-scale upholstered furniture and in the sophisticated palette of finishes, including mixed metals, woods and leather,” said Jennifer Stevens, senior design director of Romanza. “The design style is evident from the front door. Inside, accent matte-painted wood panel walls unite the foyer, great room, wine cellar, and showcase various exotic wood pieces. The study and powder bath reflect a similar design theme with rich sapele, anigre and wenge wood panels.”

Located a few blocks from Port Royal, London Bay’s newest custom floor plan, the Watlington, showcases a modern take on West Indies-inspired architecture with a combination of board-and-batten and lap siding, pitched roofs and a carriage-style, two-car garage with a pergola. With 4,182 air-conditioned square feet of living space, the home offers a spacious great room and open-concept kitchen, with a butler’s pantry, along with three guest suites with private full baths and walk-in closets for visiting friends or family. Finishes and furnishings were also selected by Romanza’s Stevens, the Watlington includes specialty ceiling and wall treatments, wire-brushed ash flooring in main living areas, and wood tones mixed with polished nickel, glass, capiz, graphite, aged silver, metallic pewter, chrome and shimmering crystals.
