NAPLES, Fla. (June 8, 2015) – London Bay Homes has begun construction on its fourth luxury single-family model home in downtown Naples. The three-bedroom, three-bath Anguilla is just blocks from shopping and dining at the picturesque Village on Venetian Bay and the Gulf of Mexico beaches at Clam Pass Park.

The single-story Anguilla will offer 3,584 square feet of air-conditioned living space, a study, separate dining room, kitchen with café and wood flooring throughout. The home also will have side-loading one- and two-car garages, the smaller accessible to the master suite.
The sought-after indoor-outdoor connection is enhanced by an open floor plan and walls of sliding glass and zero-corner doors in the café, great room and study.
The model’s expansive outdoor areas will include a covered lanai off the great room and a large alfresco living area with roll-down screens, and a summer kitchen equipped with grill, under-counter refrigerator and sink. Several rooms will feature decorative ceilings, including a box-beamed treatment in the study, which offers zero-corner doors to the outdoor living area.
The kitchen will offer a freestanding island breakfast bar, closet pantry, oven tower and gas cooktop. Gas also will fuel the dryer in the home’s utility room, offering cabinetry and a large sink.
The master suite occupies an entire wing, offers access to the single-car garage, and boasts an expansive bedroom and his-and-her walk-in closets. Its bathroom has two vanities, a large shower and a separate freestanding tub positioned under a window.
One of the Anguilla’s two guest suites has a walk-in closet and private bath with a rainhead shower.
Exterior finishes will include Bahama shutters, a soaring entry tower, and a vented cupola with a metal roof.
The Anguilla – which offers 5,185 total square feet, including entry, lanai, garages and outdoor living area – is located at 541 Neapolitan Lane in the Park Shore area of Naples, minutes from downtown and Fifth Avenue South.
The new model represents London Bay’s commitment to luxury on-your-lot custom homes in the Old Naples area. The builder’s first model, the Southampton, sold for $2.6 million shorty after its completion in March 2014.
London Bay also is building the two-story, three-bedroom Chelston at 631 Broad Court and the five-bedroom, 5,900-square-foot Claremont at 271 First Ave. N., a block from the beach.
The builder has acquired several prime homesites near downtown, in Park Shore and the Moorings.
