London Bay Homes Names Shelton Director of Sales-will oversee sales operations from Naples to Sarasota

Shelton brings more than 30 years of home sales experience to his position with London Bay. Prior to joining London Bay, Shelton served more than four years as Director of Sales for The Cliffs communities, private golf master-planned communities in North and South Carolina. Locally, he directed sales at High Point Place in Fort Myers, a $200 million luxury waterfront residential tower community, and also served as Director of Sales at WCI Communities’ Gulf Harbour Yacht and Country Club.

At London Bay, Shelton will have sales responsibilities for London Bay’s two master planned communities, Mediterra Golf and Beach Club in Naples, and The Founders Club in Sarasota, as well as its local operations in The Estuary, Miromar Lakes, Quail West, The Quarry, Twin Eagles and the Lake Club at Lakewood Ranch in Sarasota. He will also oversee the company’s custom homebuilding sales operations which builds multi-million dollar homes on an owner’s home site.

London Bay President Mark Wilson said that Shelton’s years of experience and local market knowledge will be an important asset for the company. "Randy has consistently demonstrated his abilities in the high-end luxury market and is a great team leader and motivator. We are excited to have him as a member of our organization," Wilson said.

Shelton is a licensed Real Estate Broker in Florida and North and South Carolina. He holds a degree in Political Science and served in the United States Army from 1971 to 1974. During the 1990s, Shelton owned his own brokerage company, The New Home Marketplace in Wilmington, North Carolina which had annual sales of more than $200 million.
