The Emilia at Portofino is a 3 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom maintenance-free villa home plan with multiple signature features including a custom pool and spa package and dramatic 18-foot high great room ceilings. The model will be furnished by London Bay Homes’ in-house interior design studio Romanza, and is priced at $1.795 million.
