Acqua Bistecca is an exciting new concept by globally renowned The MINA Group in partnership with London Bay. This elegant but welcoming waterfront restaurant will open to the public in early 2026 on the edge of Saltleaf Marina — an ideal perch for boat and sunset watching. At Acqua Bistecca, steaks and seafood are reinterpreted with discerning Italian influence. Handcrafted pastas, seasonal vegetables and vibrant antipasti represent the restaurant’s focus on quality ingredients, bold simplicity and soulful execution.
