London Bay Homes is currently participating in Lakewood Ranch’s homeowner incentive: Build a new home in one of select Lakewood Ranch communities and receive a complimentary Gold Membership on select home and home site packages.

To take advantage of this offer, you must purchase a new home between now and October 31, 2014 and execute your membership application within 60 days of your home and home site reservation. After those two items are completed, your $5,000 initiation fee for Lakewood Ranch’s Gold Membership will be waived. Lakewood Ranch’s Gold Membership includes year-round use of Lakewood Ranch’s Golf and Country Club facilities: 18 lighted tennis courts, two heated pools, a state-of-the-art fitness center, three dining venues, and a dynamic calendar of events. Members will also gain the use of three unique 18-hole golf courses (available for use from May through October). Members interested in upgrading to a Full Golf Membership can also take advantage of special builder incentives available.
