London Bay Homes has introduced a new inventory of available floor plans at The Founders Club designed to showcase flexible spaces for entertaining and the community’s stunning golf and nature preserve views.

Eleven new one- and two-story open concept floor plans blend living and dining spaces, with adjoining great rooms ideal for large or intimate gatherings. Gourmet-inspired kitchens with designer cabinetry, walk-in pantries and expanded islands and cafes for casual meals and formal dining provide ample space for entertaining.

With three and four bedrooms, studies, and three-car garages, the homes also offer a variety of customization options – from creating dedicated hobby rooms and bonus rooms, to expanding outdoor living spaces to accommodate fully-equipped kitchens and dining areas to enjoy The Founders Club’s scenic views.

“There is a great opportunity right now to have what you want, exactly as you want it at,” said Mark Wilson, president and CEO of London Bay Homes. “These plans reflect what homebuyers are asking for, including homes at competitive pricing with more usable living space combined with luxury appointments befitting of homes in The Founders Club.”

Most of the floor plans offer homebuyers a choice of Coastal Contemporary, Coastal Classic, West Indies or Mediterranean elevations. Home designs from 2,200 square feet to almost 4,000 square feet start from the $700,000s.

The new Pembrook single-family floor plan will soon be introduced as a model home at The Founders Club. The Pembrook will offer 3,560 square feet of living space featuring London Bay Homes’ latest home designs, including a shower garden off the master bath, expanded outdoor destinations and a larger front porch. The model home will also offer a study and bonus room that would make an ideal play area or workout space.

Located on almost half an acre, the Pembrook model home has 5,527 total square feet, three bedrooms, four baths, and overlooks a lake and the community’s Robert Trent Jones, Jr.-designed championship golf course. The home is scheduled for completion this summer.

Three single-family luxury model homes currently open for viewing at The Founders Club offer three and four bedrooms and 3,300 to 4,300 square feet of living space..
