London Bay Homes’ recent sale of the Cloverdale estate model in the Moorings neighborhood reflects buyer confidence in the Naples luxury real estate market, with the home selling months prior to completion.
This season, the Cloverdale – along with another Naples Collection home, the Claremont estate model in Old Naples – sold for a combined $15 million.
The strong showing correlates to the Naples Area Board of Realtors’ end-of-season activity report declaring a 41 percent increase in sales of homes priced at $2 million as compared to the same time in 2016.
Additionally, the sale of the Cloverdale continues an even stronger trend London Bay Homes is seeing in their model homes selling prior to or shortly after completion.

“In fact, four of the last five Naples Collection models have sold before or shortly after completion. In less than a few years, London Bay Homes has sold nearly a dozen model homes before completion. The luxury homebuilder and developer currently has 29 model homes open and in various stages of construction throughout Southwest Florida.
Appealing to homebuyers, the Cloverdale’s emphasis on openness is conveyed in the home’s great room and adjoining dining room, kitchen and café. The kitchen’s open concept design includes a walk-in pantry, laundry room and wine bar with a tall wine cooler.
Scheduled for completion in the fall, the two-story Cloverdale estate offers four bedrooms, four baths, a powder room, study, loft with morning kitchen and encompasses 5,110 square feet under air.
