Two of London Bay Homes’ luxury estate homes in Naples were recognized at the 36th Annual Aurora Award competition presented by the Southeast Building Conference (SEBC) and the Florida Home Builders Association (FHBA).

The award-winning builder’s Avignon model in Quail West was honored with a Grand Aurora for best single-family detached home over 5,000 square feet. With nearly 5,900 square feet of interior living space and expansive outdoor areas showcasing views of the community’s Arthur Hills-designed golf course and coveted southern exposure, the two-story Avignon balances the privacy of four bedrooms with the openness of gathering areas between the great room, kitchen and dining area. The home also has a sitting room with a fireplace, a second-floor loft, a study and two double-car garages located on opposite ends of the entry courtyard. Additional features include an elevator, a powder room and five full baths, including a full pool bath.

Romanza Interior Design’s French-inspired palette blends soft aqua, seafoam and blue with ivory- and bisque-finished furnishings and antique mirrors. Open for viewing, the Avignon is priced at $4,975,000, fully furnished.

London Bay Homes’ Claremont luxury home in Old Naples received Aurora honors in two categories: best custom home 4,000 to 8,000 square feet and best interior merchandising of a home over $2,000,000.

The Claremont model, which sold just two weeks after opening for viewing, spans 5,727 square feet of living space and offers five bedrooms, a study, dining and great rooms, six full baths, a powder room, pool bath, and a second-floor recreation room with bar and lounge. The Claremont also features two en suite bedrooms on the second floor and a private guest cabana above the home’s alley-loading, three-car garage.

Fully furnished by Romanza Interior Design in shades of ivory, ocean blue, charcoal and mocha, the home’s interiors feature limestone and pale gray French oak flooring, built-in cabinetry and vaulted and sloped ceilings, as well as stained and glazed tongue-and-groove detailing. Select midcentury and modern classic furnishings complement the Claremont’s coastal contemporary architecture and interiors.

Honoring businesses in architectural design, interior design and planning, the Aurora Award competition drew 400 entries in 55 categories within the 12-state region stretching west to Texas and Louisiana, north to Virginia and also including the eastern Caribbean.
