London Bay Homes has completed construction of a luxury private residence along 4th Street North in Naples, minutes from the vibrant streetscapes of 5th Avenue South, featuring world-renowned shopping, dining and cultural activities.
The private estate is one of half a dozen new residences by London Bay Homes underway from Park Shore to Port Royal. London Bay Home Sales Executive Toby Cloutier helped the couple transition from a condo to their new, custom home in Naples.
“The homebuyers liked the quiet street and proximity to downtown and the beach,” said Cloutier. “For inspiration, I met with them at one of our previous models, The Chelston.”
The couple worked with the London Bay Homes team to create the right home for their site, with architecture led by Michael Faulhaber and luxury interiors created by Michael Scott from Romanza Interior Design.
“We really enjoyed being able to start with a clean slate on a ready-to-build lot in Old Naples,” said John Tisdel. “Working alongside London Bay Homes and Romanza Interior Design, we were able to translate our ideas onto paper. The synergy between the two companies was a huge plus, especially since we’re not full-time residents. The team made the process seamless. There were no retracing steps or excuses. Everything was well organized – from documents, quotes and proposals to samples and photographs. They’re always on the ball, and I really respect their professionalism. You feel confident that the time you take with them is well spent.”
“The architecture is transitional, with traditional elements that give it a timeless feel,” said Cloutier.
The interior space features an open-concept design with indoor-outdoor connectivity and grand spaces for entertaining. Outdoors, a linear pergola provides the ideal backdrop for an eight-person rectangular dining table featuring aqua blue padded cushions ideal for evening conversations. The adjacent space features a more intimate grouping of chairs set against a decorative tile-wall. The pool’s waterline tile, with cobalt blue garlands, is echoed in the outdoor kitchen’s backsplash.
The inspired design illustrates the possibilities of ‘Private Label Living’ – the company’s brand promise of expertise, quality and attention to each home’s design from concept to completion.
“Whether a couple opts for an existing floor plan on the site of their choosing or develops their own design like the one on 4th Street North, the process is personalized,” explains Mark Wilson, president and CEO of London Bay Homes.
London Bay’s legendary quality and attention to detail is on full display throughout numerous private residences from Park Shore to Port Royal in Naples.
