In a dramatic update of a newly purchased home, the team completely transformed the outdoor space behind the home with an extensive outdoor addition of an outdoor living area. Resquaring the trio of arches that originally marked the transition between the outdoor living and the lawn to let more light in was a key element of the design, and served as a starting point for creating the ultimate lake-view outdoor living area with an updated outdoor kitchen, areas for dining and lounging, and a new custom pool enhanced by lush landscaping. The team satisfied the goal of creating a timeless design for alfresco entertainment.
Capping off the successful award season, Mediterra was honored for the 12th year as the top Community of the Year. Contributing to the award-winning communities’ vibrant lifestyle is the 60,000-square foot Clubhouse, which garnered top honors for Best Clubhouse. London Bay Homes manages sales and operation at Mediterra, where more than 40 prime homesites are available
