London Bay Homes receives top survey rating for client satisfaction

For the second consecutive year, London Bay Homes has received a perfect score rating from clients indicating they would refer friends and family to build or remodel with London Bay Homes, based on satisfaction with the sales process, architectural services, interior design services and the customer relationship manger.

The survey was conducted by national industry consultants Woodland, O’Brien & Scott, and was administered to all homeowners who had closed on the sale of their home in 2018.

For London Bay Homes, a leader in the Southwest Florida luxury home market, client satisfaction is built into the company’s brand promise of “Private Label Living.”

“It’s what sets us apart from other homebuilders,” said Mark Wilson, president and CEO of London Bay Homes. “It’s a commitment to our customers that encompasses a complete understanding of who they are and how they want to live. We guide them every step of the way – from concept to completion – to realize their vision. This survey validates our commitment by showcasing a 100% rating from our customers who were pleased with the process.”

The survey also included client feedback and the following reviews: “We have built three homes and this by far has been the most painless of all. Our project manager made all the difference. The level of involvement and communication was outstanding along with the follow-up of any concerns we had. London Bay should be proud of the commitment their staff makes to its clients,” and “We were delighted with London Bay and its staff. From the beginning, our experience was top-notch, particularly in comparison with other builders with whom we have dealt recently.”

“Exceeding our client’s expectations is one of the most important aspects of our philosophy,” said Wilson. “We know that if we earn their trust and respect, we’ve gained a valuable ambassador.”

When Carole Watkins and her husband Craig Woods decided to build their new Southwest Florida home last year in Miromar Lakes Beach & Golf Club, one builder name kept getting rave reviews.

“Anyone we mentioned London Bay Homes to commented about their great reputation for quality and customer service,” said Watkins.

The couple selected a lake-view homesite in Portofino, a neighborhood of Mediterranean-style waterfront luxury villas set along cobblestone streets, to build their custom home with London Bay Homes.

Everyone we worked with was focused on making sure we were delighted with the experience,” said Watkins. “That is not to say there weren’t any glitches along the way – as you expect in any building process – but whenever they occurred, they were promptly addressed.”

 London Bay Home values customer endorsements so much that they have established a referral program that donates to a client’s nonprofit charity of choice if they refer a new customer to build a custom home with the company.
