London Bay Homes records three homes sales in three weeks

On the heels of Sarasota’s ranking as the No. 1 in the Top 10 Fastest Growing Luxury Markets, London Bay Homes’ recent custom estate sales reflects buyer confidence in the luxury real estate market.

London Bay Homes recorded three homes sold totaling nearly $5 million in sales. The contracts included two single-family model homes in The Founders Club, as well as a custom single-family estate in Bird Key.

The recent sales activity illustrates a trend Realtors are noticing throughout Sarasota, which also recorded an increase in home sales for the month of July – typically among the slower months of the year.

“These are encouraging numbers,” said Mark Wilson, president of London Bay Homes. “We believe there are two reasons: Buyers are recognizing the incredible values available now, and with limited inventory in premier waterfront areas, such as Bird Key, homebuyers are taking advantage of the immediate availability that fulfills the lifestyle they desire in Sarasota.”

For the Bird Key custom estate, the homeowners desired an island location near the cultural hub of St. Armands Circle that was near the water and could easily accommodate their grown children.

The homeowners toured one of London Bay’s coastal contemporary model homes for inspiration on creating their custom estate. They were drawn to London Bay’s design-led approach, coupled with their nearly three decades of custom homebuilding experience and collaborative, professional team.

The custom estate will feature three bedrooms, a study, a three-car garage and an open floor plan with connectivity to the outdoors.

Nearby, London Bay’s model sales included the Delfina and Girona models, fully furnished estates featuring interior design by Romanza Interior Design and located in The Founders Club.
