The intimate Portofino neighborhood at Miromar Lakes Beach & Golf Club features just 20 maintenance-free, waterfront, luxury villa homesites with optional private boat docks.

London Bay Homes is the exclusive builder for this enclave located in the Peninsula section of the award-winning community, and it now offers four model homes that are open for viewing at Portofino.

“Our models show homeowners the possibilities and the choices they have within the Portofino neighborhood,” said Mark Wilson, president and CEO of London Bay Homes. “Whether they’re focused on entertaining or maximizing water views, there are options to meet every homeowner’s needs and interests.”

Starting at just over $2 million, the Benita features four bedrooms, four and a half bathrooms, a three-car garage, and an open floor plan that emphasizes indoor-outdoor living. Offering 3,102 square feet under air, the waterfront home includes a separate dining area, a large gourmet kitchen with a freestanding island, and a transitional design with a coastal twist.

Crown molding, tray ceilings, and shell stone travertine tile floors add sophisticated style in the home’s living spaces, while bright pops of coral, cobalt, and lime green play off the Benita’s crisp white background color palette. Outdoors, the swimming pool is flanked by an arbor and features a spa and water bowl that gently cascades into a circular shelf with decorative up lighting.

A second Benita model showcases 3,171 square feet and waterfront views of Lake Como, Miromar’s 700-acre fresh water lake. The luxurious retreat features a gourmet kitchen, dining room, living area and breakfast nook that comprise a great room that extends outdoors. The Benita embodies coastal elegance with white transitional furnishings and backgrounds, and tropical accent tones. The home is priced at $2,655 million.

With 3,428 square feet under air, the Carina features three bedrooms and three-and-a-half bathrooms. A wine bar galley connects the formal dining room to the kitchen, which features quartz countertops, dual ovens, and a breakfast nook with bench seating adjoining the kitchen’s island. Starting at $2.825 million, the designer-furnished model boasts a bolder interior look, with elements like textured wallpaper above the extended wainscoting in the den and gold accent strips in the powder room.

Wide-planked hardwood flooring runs throughout the main living spaces, where three sets of pocket doors lead outdoors to the outdoor kitchen, dining area, and alfresco conversation spaces. Stone pavers surround the custom hourglass-shaped pool, which is positioned for enjoying the home’s waterfront views. A custom spillover spa and waterfall flanks one side of the pool, opposite a deluxe fire pit with built-in bench seating ideal for relaxing after the sun goes down.

Starting at $3.225 million, the Cilento offers 4,266 square feet under air. A white stucco exterior with arched windows and stone columns sets a tone of stately elegance at the two-story model home, which features an open floor plan on the main level. The gourmet kitchen is equipped with an upgraded stainless-steel appliance package, marble countertops, custom wood-stained cabinetry, and an intricate stone backsplash, while a separate wine bar area includes an under-counter refrigerator.

The master suite opens directly onto the pool deck on one side and a tropical waterfront garden on the other. The upstairs guest suite includes a private balcony and is separated by a wet bar from the lounge area that connects to an oversized sun deck. The entire home wraps around its outdoor living area, which features a covered lanai, outdoor kitchen, 1,200-square-foot pool deck, spa, sun shelf, and fire pit. Motorized retractable screens and a misting system provide for insect-free outdoor living.

The Portofino neighborhood is just a short walk from the Marina on the Peninsula at Miromar Lakes, which features a parterre garden, bocce courts, fitness stations, boat slips, and pavilions for entertaining. A popular venue for fitness classes and social events, the Marina also provides European-style water taxi shuttle service to the community’s Beach Club, which offers gourmet dining, a library, billiard room, card room, 50-seat theater, and business center.

Additional amenities at Miromar Lakes Beach & Golf Club – the only Florida community to receive Gold Awards for Community of the Year and Best Clubhouse from the National Association of Home Builders—include the freshwater lake for activities like waterskiing, fishing, kayaking, and paddle boarding, three miles of private white-sand beach, European-style wellness spa, fitness center, and 10,000-square-foot zero-edge infinity pool. The Miromar Lakes Golf Club, renovated by golf course architect Drew Rogers, has the only Arthur Hills “Signature” championship golf course in Southwest Florida.
