London Bay Homes invites the public for a rare opportunity to explore three luxury model homes coupled with high-end cars in The Founders Club during the Tour of Homes on Friday, Saturday and Sunday, Feb. 2-4 and Feb. 9-11 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.

London Bay Homes has partnered with Suncoast Motorsports to display the newest high-performance Porsche vehicles at the designer furnished homes.

Created by the award-winning team of London Bay Homes and Romanza Interior Design, the single-story models showcase the latest in luxury architectural and interior design, and offer three and four bedrooms, 3,300-to-4,300 square feet of living space, and resort-style outdoor destinations with custom pools and spas.

The Tour of Homes provides the opportunity to view the 3,322-square-foot designer-finished Isabella Grande, a three-bedroom, three-bath model offering a study, a formal dining room and a butler’s bar.

The Isabella Grande, priced at $1,495,000, is a reimagined version of London Bay Homes’ popular Isabella floor plan, dedicating an additional 300 square feet to the master suite, which features driftwood-finished dual furniture-style bathroom vanities and bedroom floor.

The Founders Club’s most awarded model – the three-bedroom Girona – swept four best-of Parade of Homes categories and received the Best Overall Award in its price range. The Girona balances its Tuscan farmhouse architecture with rustic, beach and contemporary design elements.

Offering 3,526 square feet of living space and priced at $1,950,000, the Girona features beamed ceilings, Turkish-travertine flooring throughout main gathering areas, a hand-finished hickory wood plank floor in the master bedroom and a palette of sands and grays with subtle green and rust accents. The home features a formal dining room, study, home office, great room and breakfast nook.

The Founders Club’s largest model offers 4,329 square feet under air, living and family rooms and a bonus billiards room on a nearly half-acre homesite overlooking a lake and the golf course. The Delfina, an estate home recognized for its curb appeal, is shown with the option of a fourth bedroom and features a formal dining, study, four full baths and a powder room.

The model also offers expansive outdoor areas – a verandah and wraparound alfresco living room with a summer kitchen – overlooking the custom pool and waterfall spa. The home is priced at $1,995,000.

Tour of Homes models demonstrate London Bay Homes’ brand promise of Private Label Living, which ensures quality, attention to detail, an enjoyable building process and homes that are a unique expression of their residents’ distinctive tastes.

Throughout the Tour of Homes, visitors will also get a chance to view available homesites overlooking picturesque preserves, lakes and fairways along the 18-hole Robert Trent Jones Jr.-designed championship golf course.

Additional community amenities include miles of winding boardwalks and paved walkways that foster a connection to nature. A 24,000-square-foot clubhouse features casual and fine dining, and a full social calendar, along with a fitness center, Har-Tru tennis courts, basketball, a children’s playground and a picnic pavilion.

The Founders Club is close to Sarasota’s famed Gulf of Mexico beaches, the University Town Center mall, and the acclaimed local restaurants, boutiques, and arts and cultural venues of downtown Sarasota.

An award-winning homebuilder and developer in Southwest Florida home market for nearly three decades, London Bay Homes offers custom estates ranging from 3,100 to more than 6,000 square feet of living space at The Founders Club. Home and homesite packages are priced from the $900,000s to more than $5 million.

London Bay Homes has been named America’s Best Builder by Builder magazine and has earned more than 300 industry awards.
