London Bay Homes welcomes Professional Women in Building members for Kick-off Event in Spice Bay community on Siesta Key

London Bay Homes recently hosted more than 50 Manatee-Sarasota Building Industry Association Professional Women in Building members and board of directors at its luxury Mandeville custom estate in Siesta Key for the organization’s 2019 Kick-off Event.

Guests enjoyed cocktails and hors d’oeuvres while networking in the expansive, fully furnished Mandeville model. Featuring a transitional interior design by Romanza Interior Design inspired by its exclusive waterfront setting on the Intracoastal Waterway overlooking the Sarasota Bay, the home is located in the gated Spice Bay neighborhood of just 14 homesites. Guests also enjoyed personalized tours of the two-story, 5,010-square-foot award-winning estate, honored with the Best Overall Award by the Manatee-Sarasota BIA at last year’s Parade of Homes.

The Mandeville is one of several custom estates in London Bay Homes’ Sarasota Collection and will be featured in the 2019 Manatee-Sarasota Parade of Homes through March 10.
