London Bay Homes welcomes Sarasota Garden Club patrons for Preview Party at award-winning model on Siesta Key

London Bay Homes recently hosted Sarasota Garden Club donors and patrons for an exclusive “Preview in Paradise” event at its award-winning Mandeville model home in Spice Bay on Siesta Key.

The celebration kicked off the organization’s annual “Gardens in Paradise” fundraiser – a self-guided tour of private gardens throughout Siesta Key and Sarasota. The event raises funds for Sarasota Garden Club’s community projects, including student scholarships to outdoor nature camps, garden therapy for seniors, support of several nonprofit organizations and maintenance of local plants and gardens.

Guests at the “Preview in Paradise” celebration enjoyed champagne, hors d’oeuvres, live entertainment and a picturesque sunset over Sarasota Bay. Guests also explored the two-story, 5,010-square-foot award-winning Mandeville estate located in the exclusive Spice Bay neighborhood of just 14 homesites on Siesta Key’s Intracoastal Waterway. The home recently swept the awards for the highest price-point category at this year’s Manatee-Sarasota Parade of Homes, including the Best Overall Award.

The Mandeville is one of several custom estates in London Bay Homes’ Sarasota Collection located along Siesta Key and downtown Sarasota.
