Naples enclave welcomes first residents

London Bay has welcomed the first residents to Cambridge Park at Orange Blossom, its gated boutique enclave of 17 exclusive luxury single-family estate homes in Naples. Cambridge Park is now 60% sold with 10 homes now sold or in various stages of construction.

“It’s been exciting and satisfying to see Cambridge Park come to life,” said Mark Wilson, president and CEO of London Bay, the neighborhood’s builder and developer. “Cambridge Park represents a unique niche in the market – expansive estate homes with a maintenance-free lifestyle, an intimate setting and an outstanding location close to Gulf of Mexico beaches, premier entertainment and top-rated schools.”

London Bay is offering Cambridge Park’s final estates in limited release, curating the neighborhood’s five floor plans to individual homesites. Two showcase homes are currently available, including the New Haven, anticipated for completion this fall, and the recently released Martinique. The estates feature luxury designer finishes, top-grade appliances, spacious family-sized floor plans and elevated outdoor living with custom saltwater pools and spas.

Showcase estates provide an expedited move-in timeline for homebuyers considering new construction. London Bay has already completed four to six months of site and design work and selected finishes before the homes are released.

With 4,369 square feet under air, five bedrooms, five-and-a-half baths and a three-car garage, the two-story New Haven is Cambridge Park’s largest estate. Designer finishes include wood and tile flooring, quartz countertops and coffered ceilings. The estate’s open-concept floor plan blends the adjoining great room, kitchen and dining room, creating over 950 square feet of main living space which extends through a wall of sliding glass doors to an expansive covered lanai – features sought by today’s homebuyers.

“Open floor plans and outdoor living resonate with our homebuyers,” said Maureen Serrano, a London Bay sales executive at Cambridge Park. “It’s how they envision their Naples lifestyle. Spacious main living areas are comfortable for everyday living and ideal for those who enjoy entertaining. You don’t feel the space is too large or too small.”

The New Haven’s kitchen has a large island and Sub-Zero and Wolf appliances, including a gas cooktop, double wall ovens and a wine refrigerator. The home has a second kitchen, equipped with a grill, outside on the lanai. The outdoor space overlooks the pool, which features colored LED lighting, and has motorized screens and automated comfort misting technology.

The spacious master suite offers two expanded walk-in closets and a luxurious bathroom with a corner walk-in glass shower, a freestanding tub and an elongated dual-sink vanity. The second floor has a loft and two en-suite guest bedrooms, each with a walk-in closet.

The Martinique, a four-bedroom, four-bathroom estate, features wood and custom tile flooring, designer cabinetry, decorative tile backsplashes and a painted poplar tongue-and-groove tray ceiling with box beams in the great room. It has 3,564 square feet of living space and a three-car garage.

The kitchen offers a dry bar with a wine refrigerator, a center island, an oversized walk-in pantry and Sub-Zero and Wolf appliances. The Martinique elevates outdoor living with an alfresco kitchen and a custom pool featuring a sun shelf, swim outs and colored LED light. It offers remote-controlled screens and a misting system.

The light-filled master suite features a double tray ceiling, a French door with sidelights and a combined double walk-in closet. The bathroom has a freestanding tub, dual vanities and a large shower.

Estate residences in Cambridge Park highlight London Bay’s signature coastal contemporary architecture and include sought-after features such as flexible spaces for home offices and private retreats.

Future estate releases in Cambridge Park will highlight the enclave’s additional three- and four-bedroom floor plans, offering 2,800 to over 3,500 square feet and upgrade options, including pool baths, extended walk-in master closets, fully equipped outdoor kitchens and guest suites with private baths and generous closet space.

The neighborhood’s location just south of Orange Blossom Drive in Naples, its intimate size, attainable HOA fees and effortless lifestyle with pool and landscaping maintenance included are attracting local and out-of-state families and empty nesters.

Cambridge Park is 10 minutes from Gulf of Mexico beaches, golf courses and outdoor recreation at regional and state parks. Also close are Waterside Shops, Mercato, Fifth Avenue South and Third Street South, Naples’ favorite destinations for luxury shopping, dining and entertainment. The nearby Naples Grande Beach Resort and The Ritz-Carlton’s beach and golf resorts offer world-class amenities through membership opportunities.
