The kitchen was also completely reconfigured. Its maple cabinets were replaced with a fresh combination of shiny white lacquer and grey-finished rift oak flat panel doors, paired with a Porcelanosa shiny textured tile backsplash. An ideal “T”-shaped island topped with Pompeii statuario features space for working and storage, along with a comfortable counter-height extension for casual seating.
In the end, the design team helped the homeowners successfully achieve a stylishly re-envisioned residence that captures the “wow” factor they were seeking.
