London Bay Homes is nearing completion of its newest single-family model home – The Pembrook – at The Founders Club.

Showcasing a sophisticated design with custom white-painted cabinetry, The Pembrook will embody a coastal retreat with interiors by Luann Powers Gliwski of Romanza Interior Design.

Throughout the home, soft neutral backdrops of alabaster and dove gray will be accented with slate gray and jewel tones. A variety of wood finishes will mix with gleaming nickel, chrome and mirrored surfaces.

Offering 5,527 square feet of living space and memory points, including expanded outdoor destinations and a larger front porch, The Pembrook will offer three bedrooms and four full baths. The home will also feature a study and bonus room for individual homebuyer customization.

The home’s floor plan emphasizes flowing, open space connections among the great room, kitchen and dining room. The design is enhanced by Romanza Interior Design’s selection of hand-scraped and wire-brushed oak flooring in a gray mist finish and a contemporary look complemented with a cool, elegant color palette.

The Pembrook will feature coffered ceilings and have a gourmet-inspired kitchen with a six-burner cooktop, a built-in microwave and oven tower. A slate gray-stained grand island will be topped with Pompeii Quartz White Mist and complemented with a brick pattern stone mosaic backsplash in shades of white, gray and charcoal.

The great room will open to a covered terrace through boundary-blurring pocket sliding glass doors blending indoor and outdoor spaces. The bonus room’s zero-corner pocket sliders flow to a wraparound alfresco space, which offers living and dining areas and an outdoor kitchen. The alfresco space also features a lavish pool and spa created by London Bay’s Acquatico pool design company, and showcases a silver pearl interior accented with a Lunada Bay glass mosaic waterline tile in shades of greens and blues.

Located on almost a half-acre, The Pembrook model home overlooks a lake and the community’s Robert Trent Jones Jr.-designed championship golf course.

Priced at $1.99 million, The Pembrook is scheduled for completion in October.

An award-winning custom homebuilder and developer in the Southwest Florida home market for nearly three decades, London Bay Homes offers custom estates ranging from 2,200 to more than 6,000 square feet of living space at The Founders Club. Home and homesite packages are priced from the $900,000s to more than $5 million.

An additional model home by London Bay – the 3,322-square-foot designer-finished Isabella Grande – is currently open for viewing at The Founders Club and offers three bedrooms, three baths, a study, a formal dining room and a butler’s bar. The home is priced at $1.49 million.
