London Bay Homes has announced the completion of the Portmore, its newest luxury move-in ready estate that showcases the award-winning builder’s expertise in creating custom homes in Naples’ most sought-after neighborhoods.

Located on Crayton Road within minutes from the Village Shops on Venetian Bay, the Portmore masterfully blends elements of midcentury modern and contemporary coastal design enhanced with stunning interiors by Romanza Interior Design.

The Portmore boasts 4,059 square feet of air-conditioned living area anchored by a light-filled great room and dining room that open seamlessly to the outdoor living area. Custom details abound throughout the home, from an ingeniously designed walk-through office, pantry and wine room off the kitchen, to the intersecting cedar and thunder gray painted box beams that add articulation to the great room’s ceiling.

In the kitchen, a white macaubas quartz-topped waterfall island complements traditional furniture-style oak base cabinetry, while brushed stainless cabinetry above the cooktop unexpectedly balances painted alabaster perimeter cabinets. French white oak flooring signals a transition to the home’s study, with built in niches for displaying prized collections and a modern, sculptural desk and an antique bronze chandelier with matte black metal shades.

A gallery hall creates an elegant transition to the home’s three guest suites, each offering a spacious walk-in closet and private bath.

Within the estate, Romanza’s Senior Design Director Michael Scott has created refined interiors with a palette of creamy pearl paired with rich wood tones that perfectly complement the sophisticated, clean-lined elegance of the Portmore model. The Italian porcelain tile uniting living spaces evokes limestone, while a built-in of rift oak features open and closed display space and LED up-lighting.

In the dramatic dining room, a planked ceiling inset of dark chocolate-stained ash complements a sleek, wall mounted console effortlessly offering suspended space for storage and display. A handsome dining table marries an I-beam base of blackened steel with a warm, sable oak top. Eight barrelback slope armchairs in ivory upholstery complete the scene.

A gallery hall leads to the home’s private master suite, outfitted with a wide, upholstered panel headboard spanning a king-size platform bed and its rich wood nightstands. Dual oversized walk-in closets offer ample wardrobe space, and a spa-inspired bath with marble-finished porcelain floors showcases a dramatic freestanding soaking tub and dual vanity areas.

Expansive sliding doors celebrate an indoor-outdoor connection, uniting the living and dining rooms to an outdoor living space outfitted as the ideal entertainment destination, with a fully equipped outdoor kitchen. Distinct zones for dining and lounging are outfitted with chaise lounges and a dining table of brushed aluminum, paired with wood and rattan chairs cushioned in creamy white. The expansive deck surrounds a custom-designed linear pool, raised spa and water features. Beyond, a trellis and secluded fire pit offer additional conversation space under the stars.

The home offers both a driveway and a two-car garage on Pine Grove Lane, as well as a driveway and one-car split garage on Crayton Road. The Portmore is available fully furnished.

Homebuyers can experience the model in-person or through a full 360-degree virtual animation tour by visiting LondonBay.com.
